Returns & Refund Policy

At Simon & Rachel London, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, please carefully review the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

 

1. Conditions for Returns

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@simonrachellondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

  3. Return the item at your own expense. This includes shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery.

 

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. If tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the provided return address, responsibility ends at delivery.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
